📦 Preparation & shipping times

We prepare and ship your order within 24 to 48 business hours .

📌 Working days are Monday to Friday.
📌 No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.

Examples:

  • Order placed Friday → shipped Monday → delivery times calculated from Monday.
  • Order placed Monday → shipped within 24-48 hours → you often receive it within the same week.

🚚 Delivery times

The average delivery times are:

👉 5 to 7 business days

(depending on your area and current crowd levels)

These deadlines do not include weekends or public holidays.

🌍 Warehouses & Multi-Parcel Shipping

We have several warehouses in Europe , including one in France .

To guarantee fast shipping:

  • If a product is temporarily out of stock in France , it can be shipped from a nearby European warehouse.
  • If you order multiple items , some may arrive separately to expedite delivery.

📌 No worries: you will receive your entire order.

⏳ Peak periods

During certain periods, the delays may be slightly longer:

  • Christmas
  • Black Friday / Cyber ​​Monday
  • Sales
  • Holidays and public holidays
  • Major promotions

Carriers may take a little longer, which is beyond our control.

📬 Delivery address

Please check that your address is:

✓ valid
✓ without error (postal code, number, floor…)

In the event of an address error making delivery impossible, the package will be returned to us.
In this case, a new shipment may incur additional charges , as the carrier charges us for the return.

🔄 Incomplete order or separate packages

  • The products come from different warehouses.
  • Some items are out of stock locally

For international shipments outside the Schengen Area (e.g., Switzerland, French overseas departments and territories, etc.):

We ship our parcels from France, but for deliveries to certain countries, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or other taxes beyond our control. In these cases, you may need to contact your local postal service to provide additional documents for customs clearance, such as proof of payment.

  • International: depending on the zone (automatically displayed at checkout)

❌ Order cancellation

You have 30 minutes after your purchase to cancel your order from the confirmation page.
Beyond that, it is possible that the order is already being prepared.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

📦 Product availability

Our stock levels are updated regularly, but a slight delay may occur.
If a product is ultimately unavailable, there are two solutions:

  1. Wait for it to be restocked
    Or
  2. Receive an immediate refund for the item in question
