Q: Are the cartridges compatible with devices other than the Hydra Pen H5?

They are specifically designed for the Hydra Pen H3 and H5 models. Their use with other devices is not guaranteed.

1️⃣ Cleanse and dry your face thoroughly.
2️⃣ Disinfect your hands and the new cartridge (single use).
3️⃣ Fill the cartridge reservoir with your sterile serum (max. 3 ml).
4️⃣ Attach the cartridge to your Hydra Pen H3/H5.
5️⃣ Adjusts the serum flow rate (3 levels available).
6️⃣ Proceed with your session by following the gentle and regular movements with your device.

⏱️ Duration : 5 to 10 minutes .

📅 Frequency : up to 2 times per month maximum.

After the session , apply a soothing treatment ( mask or moisturizing cream ).

Discard the cartridge after use .

Returned products must be unused , unworn , undamaged , with original tags still attached, and must be returned within 14 days of the initial notification.

In the event of a damaged or defective product, a specific return/refund policy is offered. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.
